Day 3 - Arrive Sydney (D)
After you clear Immigration and Customs, collect your luggage and meet your driver for your transfer to your hotel where you will spend the next four nights. The remainder of your day is at your leisure.
This evening, make your way to the Sydney Opera House to commence a 1-hour VIP guided tour. Explore beneath the Sails and venture into various theatres. After the tour, you will be escorted to your dinner reservation at Bennelong, the signature restaurant on site where Australian produce and wine take center stage. Enjoy a two-course meal paired with two Australian wines, and one side dish to share.

Journey through Sydney's historic Rocks district and cross the iconic Harbour Bridge, passing through the leafy Northern Suburbs and the sandstone landscapes of Ku-ring-gai National Park before reaching the Hawkesbury River for a light morning tea. In the Hunter Valley, we begin with a tasting at Audrey Wilkinson, a winery with 150 years of winemaking history, followed by a visit to the family-owned Keith Tulloch vineyard for a selection of eight wines. After a two-course lunch featuring local produce, enjoy a final tasting at Pigs Peake, a modern winery with vines dating back to the 1800s, before returning to Sydney.
