  Day 1: Arrive Bangkok

  On arrival in Bangkok, you will be met and transferred by private vehicle to your accommodation for the following three nights. Rest of day at leisure.

  Day 2: Bangkok (B)

  With your English-speaking guide, explore the magnificent Wat Phra Kaew, Thailand’s most sacred temple with the revered Emerald Buddha, the most extensive temple in Bangkok, with its colossal Reclining Buddha and other key attractions such as the Coronation Throne Hall, Royal Reception Hall, Royal Funeral Hall, the Golden Chedi, and the Royal Pantheon.Marvel at the intricate construction of this enormous palace and stroll through both the ornate interior and the lush gardens of the exterior. There are multiple buildings in this complex for you to visit, the most famous of which is the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. The Emerald Buddha sits atop an elegant gold altar in the center of the temple. It is a rather small, dark statue, just over 2-feet tall and made of jadeite. Despite its national importance, Wat Phra Kaew is the only temple in Thailand that doesn’t have any resident monks.

  Day 3: Bangkok (B)

  Live like a local! This morning you will be transferred by private vehicle to the Damneon Saduak Floating Market located about 65 miles west of Bangkok.  Discover the art of bartering the Thai way as you practice your trading skills with locals wearing wooden hats and selling tropical fruit, coconut sugar candy, mango sticky rice, and tom yum on their self-paddled small boats. You will be returned to your Bangkok hotel after your market visit.

  Day 4: Phuket (B)

  You will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Phuket (airfare not included in package price). On arrival in Phuket you will be met and transferred by private vehicle to your accommodation for the following three nights.

  Day 5: Phuket (B)

  Today you will visit the Phi Phi Islands. This is the most popular tour-experience in Thailand, and a 'must' for visitors to the Land of Smiles. Breathtaking limestone cliffs rise straight out of the emerald-green water. The Phi Phi's are 25 miles southeast of Phuket in the Andaman Sea. The six islands include Phi Phi Don – home to the bohemian town of Phi Phi Islands, and Phi Phi Leh – site of the spectacular Maya Bay which is famous for its role in the movie “The Beach”. The islands are laced with occasional powdery white beaches and coral reefs teeming with exotic life. They beckon you to unforgettable swimming and snorkeling in the clear tropical waters (National Park fees of about 12USD not included). A tour of Phi Phi presents you with great sightseeing and chances to swim or snorkel. You'll see Maya Bay, Loh Samah Bay, Pileh Cove, Viking Cave and Monkey Beach before being returned to your hotel.

  Day 6: Phuket (B)

  Day at leisure to enjoy the beach. Perhaps visit the night market in Phuket town for dinner.

  You will be transferred to the airport by private vehicle for departure.
