Itinerary

• Day 1: Depart Los Angeles

  Make your way to Los Angeles International Airport for your overnight flight to Papeete. Add-on fares available from other US cities, please ask for details.

  Day 2: Tahiti

  Arrive in Papeete where you’ll be greeted and transferred to your hotel, Te Moana Tahiti just 10 minutes from the airport. Your Ocean View Studio with a fully equipped kitchen will be your home away from home for the next six nights. Be sure to take in sunset from your verandah or step down to the Taapuna Bar for a sundowner cocktail and watch the sun set beyond Moorea in the distance. On Monday nights, there is even live local music played at the Taapuna Beach Bar for you to enjoy!

  If you’re looking for more adventures to fill your days, we recommend adding to your itinerary a helicopter tour of Tahiti, day trip to Marlon Brando’s island haven Tetiaroa by catamaran, a day on Moorea with a half day 4x4 tour of the island (you may wish to change out the 4x4 vehicle for an ATV!), a visit to the local Public Market on the island of Tahiti in the heart of Papeete, or simply shopping for cultured black pearls at a wide variety of boutiques. You may also wish to do nothing more than sit at the swim-up bar at Te Moana Tahiti resort and enjoy the easy breezes and the sunshine on your back! The pace of your week on Tahiti is completely up to you.

  Day 8: Tahiti

  All too soon, it will be time to transfer back to the airport and on to Papeete for your onward journey to Los Angeles.

  Day 3: Tahiti - Papenoo Valley

  Included in your stay is a full day 4x4 Mountain Safari excursion which will take you deep into the Papenoo Valley situated at the north end of the island of Tahiti. Lunch is included.

  Day 4: Tahiti - Moorea

  Also included during your stay is a trip to the island of Moorea via fast ferry where you’ll enjoy a full-day lagoon tour with a motu (islet) picnic. This excursion will allow you to swim and snorkel, as well as take in the rustic beauty and tranquility of the island.

  Day 5: Tahiti

  We’ve also arranged for you to join a small group to join a local culinary tour that focuses on the street food of Papeete. Visit a local market, several food trucks and learn how to order food like a local!

  Day 6-7: Tahiti
